How to Instantly Face Your Problems With 4 Simple to Implement Tips

How to Instantly Face Your Problems With 4 Simple to Implement Tips

Do you want in-depth guidance on how to face your problems?

Read on to know the secrets for dealing with them like a champion.

First thing’s first:

Don’t Blame Anyone But You

How to Instantly Face Your Problems With 4 Simple to Implement Tips

Here’s the thing about people:

They only care about themselves.

Read that sentence again so you can completely grasp it.

Why is this the case you might ask?

Because people need to protect themselves before they can protect others.

Therefore, don’t expect them to help you just because you asked.

The only way they’ll help you is if there is value for them to help you.

In other words, you must give something to them, directly or indirectly, that justifies the time investment towards helping you.

To prove my point, consider this:

Let’s say you have the option of eating a delicious, fresh-churned Ben and Jerry’s Cookies and Cream Ice Cream versus broccoli.

Let’s say the person selling you the broccoli was extremely passionate about broccoli.

They continue to brag about how broccoli is the best and that it is the best food in the world.

You are thinking in your mind “Why should I eat broccoli if I can eat ice cream and you are not showing me the health benefits of eating broccoli?”

Would you want to buy the broccoli over the Ben and Jerry’s cookies and cream ice cream if you did not see any health benefits from broccoli that justified buying broccoli?

And that’s my point.

If you are not solving a problem for anyone else that they find important and hits their hard buttons, you will never get anyone to help you.

So stop asking people to help you like a whiny child until you add value in their life first.

Reflect from within and ask why people are saying no to you and what you can do to add value first.

Trust me, in most cases, it’s something you are doing wrong that is causing the problem.

If your problem isn’t business related (even though it technically is), don’t blame the ref for a bad call in your life (you’ll only get ejected).

Instead, do this:

Identify the Problems That Need to be Solved

How to Instantly Face Your Problems With 4 Simple to Implement Tips

This will redirect your attention to what you must do next to get you out of a bad situation.

Most of the time, problems aren’t solved because people do not identify the correct problem being solved.

Because of this false assessment, people waste time, money and become emotionally unstable and angry.

Hence, businesses and households alike become paranoid and all hell breaks loose.

If this is you right now, this shall end today.

How do you identify the problem that needs to be solved?

With this simple technique:

Lateral thinking.

Let me explain what this is.

This is what’s known as thinking outside of the box.

Meaning, you eliminate all constraints that normally make you think that the solution is a select group of things.

Let me bring in an example to prove my point.

Normally, when a child is young, parents tell children that the best way to a successful life is to go to college.

The child goes through childhood with this mentality and as a result, they go to college and sometimes, they don’t get a job.

Why is this?

Because the child (and the parents) failed to expand their minds beyond what they knew to solve the real problem.

The real problem is that the child does not provide enough value to society nor does he know how to market and sell himself efficiently to acquire the work necessary for him to be self-sufficient.

THAT’S the real problem.

And then the next question should be:

“What are people willing to pay for and at what rates?”

Then you ask:

“What educational vehicle is the best method for helping my child obtain the skills necessary to become self-sufficient and employable?”

Then at that point, with great research, you pick the right option.

And this does not necessarily mean that the in the box option of college is the correct educational vehicle.

This is the process that you need to employ.

For whatever problem you may have, you must identify what the real problem is with honest reflection. Think about what you are doing wrong and the nature of your environment.

I can honestly say that this will give you clarity on what you need to focus on in your life to fix your circumstances.

Also, understand this:

The past is the past. You can never change the outcome.

Dwelling on it will NOT solve your problems. It’ll only make them worse.

To prove my point, let me tell you a story about the fall of one of the greatest college football dynasties of all time.

This juggernaut of a team was the Miami Hurricanes of the University of Miami, who from 2000 up to 2002 literally destroyed teams on the field and made them scared to play them.

They made national headlines, the media and fans hated them with an intense passion and their dominance was so astounding that there was a documentary made about it.

They were the bullies in the room and everyone did not want to fight them.

In 2000, they would’ve won the BCS National Championship had a computer not robbed them of the opportunity to play (if people were choosing the teams, they would’ve been chosen).

In 2001, they destroyed almost all of their opponents when they played them and they were rated as the most dominant team of the 2000s.

In 2002, they destroyed their opponents with the exception of one game. This one game turned the fate of the program upside down.

The game was in overtime and the Ohio State Buckeyes were in a 4th down situation to continue the game. Miami was up 24-17, so if Ohio State didn’t convert on this drive, their season would be over.

Their quarterback threw a pass to a receiver and the pass was deemed incomplete.

Those on the Miami bench were celebrating their butts off when the call was made.

THEY WON THE CHAMPIONSHIP!

Or did they?

A few seconds after the call, a flag was thrown on the field.

Everyone (except Ohio State) were confused as to why the flag was being thrown.

The referee then said that there was a pass interference, which gave Ohio State a 1st down and the right to continue their drive (meaning their play sequence).

Eventually, Ohio State capitalized, sending the game to a 2nd overtime and in the 2nd overtime, Ohio State scored a touchdown and won the game.

This perplexed Miami and made them wonder what happened.

And eventually, they started to blame the refs for their loss and this transpired over the course of months and years and eventually, the program’s dynasty fell apart.

A promising dynasty was torn to shreds.

Why?

Because they dwelled on the past.

Do bad calls happen in life?

Of course.

But that’s why they say, life isn’t fair. It will NEVER be fair.

And that is a reality that you have to suck up.

The key is to recognize this and to immediately forget about it. Instead, focus on what you can do better to resolve the situation and focus on the next play.

There will always be a next time when you take this approach.

And if you do this, you will eventually win.

And you will know what to do when a bad call happens.

If you want to see the actual play itself, click here. You’ll raise your eyebrow really quick, but you will realize the importance of moving on from it extremely fast and not get emotional about it.

Now if you are in a situation where you have need the right education to make an informed choice about what you are doing, you should do this:

Seek Expert Help

How to Instantly Face Your Problems With 4 Simple to Implement Tips

I’m not talking about a psychologist who will give you BS advice about your situation and give you “nice” advice.

I’m talking about someone who can help you get legitimate results.

In other words, an expert.

These are the guys you want to reach out to for help on your situation.

Experts know their shit.

Are they worth the money they ask for their services?

Oh yeah they are.

Do you need to pay big bucks for their assistance?

The answer is it depends.

If you want to work with them directly, then you might need to pick up your check book or put a dent in your credit card bill to do the trick.

But if you want the cheapest and most efficient way of going about it, it’s YouTube, Google, and books.

All of the world’s greats consult books in order to solve their problems because they are proven to work for acquiring any kind of knowledge you can think of.

If you look at these testimonials of the ultra-successful, you will see that they all read books in order to know everything that they needed to know.

The part about going to people to learn more came after they read their books and they had something to base the discussion on so they can make the most out of their time with the expert.

That’s the way to go about it.

It’s like you are going to a college class and the professor tells you to read XYZ prior to coming to class.

This is the reason why they do this.

When you are talking with a person, it should be a discussion about the material so you know what needs to be clarified and why you need to clarify those ideas.

That’s how you make the most of consulting an expert.

And that’s why relying on “teaching” in schools is not a good practice. It makes you too dependent on someone else for your knowledge.

The best way to help you is to help yourself first.

And then once you know when you need an expert, seek them and add value before asking for their help.

Remember, people don’t care about you.

They care about themselves no matter what you do to change that reality.

So give people a reason to help you before you ask for help.

One way you can do this is find out something about the person you want to connect with and see what they have told people to do and then go do it.

For example, let’s say that you want to go get a back link on a website (which I have done and am currently implementing).

What you would do is read the blogger’s post and take notes about what they are saying.

Then, you would say to yourself “How can I do what this person is saying?”

Through whatever means necessary, you go do the things that this person suggested.

Once you achieve results because you followed this blogger’s advice, you go back and tell them that you achieved something as a result of it.

This works because of 3 psychological principles:

First, you get them to say “yes” when they read what you are telling them. This is called harmonization.

Harmonization occurs when you say something that they consciously and/or subconsciously agree with and are naturally interested in learning and talking more about.

For example, let’s say that I ask the question “Do you like chocolate?”

If you are like most people, you would say yes.

And what this does is it sparks an excitement of some sort to want to talk about it more. This is when curiosity is aroused (aka: the most important trigger to arouse when selling someone).

Hence, you stay on the top of their mind.

The next principle that occurs is proof of value.

Proof of value occurs when you have substantiated a reason to the buyer to buy from you and to see you as a credible authority on the subject.

In the case of reaching out to the blogger, you following their advice gives them reason to feature you because you are a testimonial to their product and advice working and hence, this gives his or her prospects more comfort to buy from them and leads to more sales for them.

Because you do this, you are not stealing their time. You are “paying” them with something to make them feel obligated to pay you back, which is the root of the 3rd principle, the law of reciprocation.

The law of reciprocation says that if you do something for one person or a group of people, he/she/they will be obligated to pay you back somehow in equal proportion to the value you provided.

To prove my point, I want you to examine this response here from a blogger’s assistant to me with respect to a backlink pitch I sent them. Look at why they responded the way they did:

How to Instantly Face Your Problems With 4 Simple to Implement Tips

Unfortunately, I didn’t save the message I sent them (I didn’t think of it at the time).

Basically what I did was I complemented them on their content and then I went into detail as to how I used the content they provided to get a really high GPA in college using their techniques.

And then, I added my pitch to say how my piece of content would add value to their audience (as a testimonial and as proof that their content would work, which leads to more sales).

And that is what elicited this response.

If you want to see the piece of content I pitched them to link to, it’s a monster 25000+ word post about how to successfully navigate college using numerous college tips.

Even though there’s a game in there (I dare you to try), the main thing is that there’s value from experience.

And if you can articulate how your experience can add value to other people’s lives in a way that would benefit them, that’s when people will listen to you.

And with all of this, there is one more step you must take (along with a bonus step).

Take Action

How to Instantly Face Your Problems With 4 Simple to Implement Tips

All of this is nothing without taking action.

That’s when you’ll REALLY know how to face problems in life and how to deal with problems on your own.

Without action, you are just a bag of potato chips flying with the wind.

But when you take action, you become the wind and you drive the things around you to where you want everything to do.

That is the fundamental difference between a leader and a follower.

Followers go where the wind goes. Leaders direct the bags of potato chips on the street to where they want the chips to go.

That’s the first step in controlling your life and in controlling the world around you.

It’s to start.

As you go, you’ll build momentum and the process towards your goals will gradually become easier and then second nature.

One way you can take action starting now is to look up what you need to know to solve any problem you have and make it a habit every time you encounter a problem.

It might just be one Google search away from you.

Static people remain still in life and dynamic people move and get things done and achieve great things.

Which one do YOU want to be?

Another way you can solve your problems starting now is to identify what you want to do in life.

This is the essence of being motivated to work every day. Anyone who puts their heart and soul into their work like there is no tomorrow identified this one reality and they put their minds to this one thing.

As a result, they became the best in their fields.

I encourage you to read this post about redirecting your sexual energy to what you want to do in life, a proven method to achieve any genius-level task you might think of.

Every high achieving individual in life followed a process similar to what I outline to chart a path for themselves towards what they needed to do to achieve their goals.

I guarantee that if you follow it exactly as I specify, you will become, at the minimum, one of the best in your chosen field and you will have something to be proud of in your life.

Now, I encourage you to read this post again and take notes of the content with a pen/pencil and paper and write everything in your own words.

I also suggest you do so with the research-backed study hacks that I mention in the link’s article so you can retain all of the information with ease.

It’ll be a mental workout at first, but I promise you that your brain will be mentally stronger on the other side of the experience.

Also, never stop learning. If you stop, your future stops with it.

Warren Buffett once said something very true about learning and it goes like this:

“The more you learn, the more you earn.”

This is very true regardless of what you think of it.

Learning more things enables you to accomplish a wide range of things and it equips you with a skill set to solve any problem rapidly.

Why?

Because you’ll stay hungry for information and you’ll hustle to find the information.

That is a fact.

So don’t stop because you’ll never get enough knowledge to relax.

With all of that said, take action on it now or you will procrastinate and you will forget to do what your gut is telling you to do.

Your future self will thank you.
